Major insurance companies offer many different plans, so please check with your insurance provider to confirm that we are in network for your specific plan. Additionally, certain plans may require a referral and/or prior authorization. Please verify with your insurance provider whether a referral or authorization is required before your visit or treatment.

To make billing convenient and help streamline the payment process, Detroit Dermatology and Vein Center will request a credit card, debit card, HSA or FSA card to be kept securely on file. Your card may be used for applicable copays, deductibles, coinsurance, outstanding balances, or other patient-responsible charges. We will provide information about your expected financial responsibility whenever possible. Keeping a card on file does not change your insurance benefits or guarantee coverage.
